Strength training — also known as weight or resistance training — is physical activity designed to improve muscular fitness by exercising a specific muscle or muscle group against external resistance, including free-weights, weight machines, or your own body weight.
Done properly, strength training offers many benefits to young athletes, such as reducing the risk of injury as well as increasing self-confidence. Strength training is also good idea for anyone who simply wants to look and feel better. In fact, strength training can put a person on a lifetime path to better health and fitness.
Took my son here starting in March a bit skeptical, only because everything he said sounded so great I didn't if it all could be true, but he proved me wrong and he's also a great guy! Thank you Ryan for the improvement you have done for my son. My son is a sophomore and plays football and he truly has increased his speed and no doubt his strength. Now squatting 475, again great trainer!

Great trainer, excellent gym. I can't say enough about this gym and trainer. I walked in over 6 months ago with a back so bad I could barely get out of bed. Redd Strength's trainer was my last chance I had or I would have to get another shot in the back (I HATE SHOTS). After working out here, he tailored a program to help out my back. Now I'm no longer in pain, have more energy, am stronger, faster and best of all no shots.

Devin and Leanna have gone for 5 sessions. Devin could not jump and touch the basketball board by 6" - today not only did he hit the board but almost got the rim!!! Ryan is making huge gains with the kids he trains.
